SHIPPED

SHIPPED (2025) was my Thesis Project for Canadian College of Performing Art’s Festival of new works.

Created and directed as an exploration of my experience immigrating to Canada at 10 years old, told through physical theatre, gibberish and a bit of theatre magic. The original audio was lost, I recovered the original music featuring “The Woman and the Tree” by Rene Aubry, and “Elenion” by Ana Alcaide.

I created the Props, Puppet, Makeup and Costuming on a non existent budget and fabric scraps from CCPA’s inventory. This piece serves as a proof of concept, in hopes of one day finding a home in a longer format.
